HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a management system that allows you to ensure food safety. It is based primarily on the prevention of hazards that may occur at every stage of food production.

The HACCP system is mandatory and is applicable in all segments of the food industry: cultivation, harvesting, processing, production, distribution and delivery of food to the final consumer.

The legal basis for the development of the documentation is:

        • Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.
        • Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
        • Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 171, item 1225).

FoodSector offers you the development of HACCP documentation necessary for the operation of food production companies, restaurants, catering outlets, catering companies, confectioneries, bakeries, cafes, bars, shops, wholesalers and feed producers.
